I started meeting with Robin when I was in college. I had a long history of issues with my father who is an alcoholic. Robin is a phenomenal person! I was so comfortable telling her everything and could truly be myself. Robin provided a calm, relaxed atmosphere where I could literally put my feet up and work through all the trials life had dealt me. I can honestly say I am happier now than I could have ever imagined a few years ago. I know I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for her. I give Robin full credit in providing the tools I needed to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilled life and would recommend her to anyone. I couldn’t be more thankful for her help!

Robin is a great therapist and put me at ease, as this was my first experience in therapy. She was able to make me feel comfortable to where it was easy for me to open up during our sessions. We focused on trauma, stuck memories, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) throughout my time with Robin. Robin’s work with us was almost miraculous! From the very brink of divorce –papers already prepared, but not signed– Robin first heard us, then helped us hear ourselves, and then gave us some realistic steps to get out of where we were. She helped us find a way to talk to each other and a way to hear each other; she helped us not only get out of the bad spot we were in but out of the bad habits that put us there. Four and a half years later, we still practice what Robin taught us. We will be forever grateful!

At a time in my life when I needed the most help, Robin was the one who helped me the most. I was struggling with anxiety, self-confidence issues, self-respect issues, and many other negative emotions that were taking over my life in every aspect.
